Winter Tax Payment
Payments can be paid online by going to granttownshipoceana.com and then to taxes & land division or to the BSA software online and to BSA software welcome (follow their directions).
Taxes are payable by mail, by depositing in mail slot next to south entrance of Town Hall (NOTE: Do Not Deposit Cash or Change in the mail slot) or by credit card through the Grant Township Website. For additional hours and Questions please Call 231-557-1349.
Office Hours are on the back of your tax bills. Post marks are not accepted as paid on time. If you do not allow enough time for the postal services, you are late. Payments can be paid online. I will not be available to walk you through the process.

Office is open by Appointment only from February 18 – March 1,2026.
My office is closed on legal holidays and when either Shelby or Montague schools are closed for weather Except when office is required by law to be open.
Do not leave cash in the drop box and Please include a phone number where you can be reached in case there is a problem with the payment.
If checks do not clear, receipts are void. Postmarks are not accepted as a payment date.
After the 2nd week of March, call the County Treas. Office, 231-873-3980, for the correct amount due and pay her.
